Aight by end of tomorow i should have finished the bottom right quarter - 60+ hours later... custom making these panels takes a lot of time.
Anyway going to grab some food so here's some pics and descriptions of todays effort.
Here is the new piece clamped into place as im roughing it out

Here is hte new piece from a front agle. i have to do the ends tomorow, due to the complex angles in them i make them seperatly and weld them into place.
All of the old boot panel that im removing on this side has been removed a shot of the 'air' where metal should be.
Oh and great news, WE FOUND MORE RUST GOD DAMN IT. this time in the bonnet. behind the chrome strip on the leading edge. rusted right through in 75 % of it. awesome. Also every single bolt on the strip 'sheared off' while i was trying to remove them so i'll have to pull them apart and some how replace all of hte bolts, awesome.
